Post-Jam update... what should have been in the jam entry

just some small things added to the game.  it's still pretty pointless to play.  i did some other small refactoring and such, but i think this is all that will be noticeable.

CHANGES:

• changed the knock button to X instead of the down arrow.
• added some more buildings and doors, which doesn't really matter much at this point.
• your pizzas are reloaded when you get back into your ship.
• added animated "dust "under the ship when you can get out instead of just a white line.
• refactored the screen resizing function ( [ and ] bracket keys). which works nicely on windows version, but doesn't really matter on the HTML version... unless you want a smaller resolution for some reason.
